3.   Pump rooms: Trouble shooting, installation, repair & maintenance of different types of pumps & control system including emergency fire pump with diesel drive.

4.   Fire Protection: Maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and modification of different types of fire protection system and related machineries including civil jobs.

5.   Emergency Lighting: Maintenance, troubleshooting & modification of all types of emergency lighting & related equipments including civil jobs.

6.   Plumbing: Installation, repair, troubleshooting & maintenance all types of plumbing & related works including civil jobs

7.   Interior design & decoration including civil jobs

8.   General cleaning of buildings including windows.
